Our group thinks lemon juice will stop apples going brown.
Variables (we need to change):the substance on the apple.
variables(we need to keep the same)the apple,the time and the amount of substance on the apple.

Procedure
1.cut apples into quarters.
2.add one tea spoon of each liquid onto each apple quarter.
